HAVITAL JVP Raised Floor

Havital JVP System
Havital JVP Raised Floor Systems offers high-performance raised flooring solutions, designed, and manufactured in Europe to meet global standards for strength, adaptability, and sustainability.
Havital JVP panels are fully protected by a galvanized steel capsule reinforced on all four corners with the combination of finished thickness, type and density of the inner core, with appropriate substructures, covering all performance requirements of the most commonly used international standards in the field.
To stand up to the rigors of the construction site, we have chosen a heavy-duty and fully recyclable galvanized sheet metal casing. For mechanical loading capacity, we have chosen to use internal panels made of certified wood chipboard or fiber-reinforced calcium sulphate glued to the sheet metal, which are highly resistant to bending and breaking. To close each panel, we have borrowed the idea of double seams from food cans, so Havital JVP raised Floor already have a peripheral “beam” that eliminates the need for additional cross-pieces.

Raised Flooring
Durable Construction
The HAVITAL JVP raised floor system is meticulously designed for maximum durability and structural integrity, featuring full encapsulation in galvanized steel on all six sides to provide superior protection against moisture, corrosion, and mechanical damage. Additionally, the panels are reinforced at the corners, ensuring enhanced load-bearing capacity and long-term stability, making them ideal for high-traffic and demanding environments.

Thickness Options
The HAVITAL JVP raised flooring system is available in two standard thickness options, 23 mm and 29 mm, providing flexibility to accommodate various project requirements while ensuring durability, stability, and optimal load-bearing capacity.

Core Materials
The core material of the HAVITAL JVP raised floor system consists of high-quality FSC-certified wood chipboard or durable gypsum fiberboard, ensuring sustainability, structural stability, and enhanced fire resistance while meeting environmental and industry standards.

Core Densities
The HAVITAL JVP raised floor system is designed with two core material options, each offering distinct density levels to meet various structural and performance requirements. The Wood Chipboard core is available in 670 kg/m³ and 730 kg/m³, providing a lightweight yet durable solution with excellent stability, making it suitable for standard commercial applications. For enhanced strength, fire resistance, and acoustic performance, the Gypsum Fiberboard core is offered in higher densities of 1200 kg/m³ and 1600 kg/m³, ensuring superior load-bearing capacity and durability, ideal for high-traffic and demanding environments.
Panel Types
HAVITAL JVP raised floor panels are available in seven distinct variations—C3TTLOOO, P3TTLOOO, C4TTLOOO, C5TTMOOO, C4TTMOOO, P4TTMOOO, and P4TTHOOO—each meticulously designed to cater to specific structural, load-bearing, and functional requirements. This extensive range ensures that every project benefits from a precisely tailored flooring solution, whether for commercial, industrial, or specialized applications, providing optimal durability, stability, and performance in diverse environments.
Corner-Lock System
The HAVITAL JVP Raised Floor Corner Lock System is designed to securely fasten each individual panel to the supporting structure using a precision-engineered screw-in corner-lock mechanism. This advanced locking feature enhances overall system stability, minimizing panel movement while significantly improving resistance to seismic activity and structural vibrations, making it an ideal solution for high-performance environments requiring enhanced durability and safety.

Engineered for Performance
The HAVITAL JVP Raised Floor panels are meticulously designed to not only meet but exceed the stringent performance requirements of globally recognized standards.
European Standard UNI EN 12825, Six grades of mechanical capacity.
British Standard UK PSA MOB PF2, Four grades of mechanical capacity.
HAVITAL JVP panels eliminate the need for additional cross-members by resting directly on the underlying structure. This innovative design enhances structural integrity, reduces material costs, and simplifies installation, making them a highly efficient and cost-effective solution for raised flooring systems.
