Constructed using high-quality deep stretch coil steel coated with epoxy powder, the Havital AS-500 is filled with foamed cement. It features a flat steel top sheet welded to a formed steel bottom sheet. This anti-static raised floor system is designed to prevent static electricity, ensuring the reliable performance of sensitive electronics.

- Design Load:The design load of the raised access floor is tested using the CISCA Concentrated Load Test method on the actual understructure, rather than steel blocks. The design load is determined by taking the lower value between the ultimate load divided by two or the point at which permanent damage (yield point) begins to occur.
- Safety Factor: The safety factor for the raised access floor is the ratio of the design load to the ultimate load. International standards and Havital recommend a minimum safety factor of 2.
