Steel Concrete Raised Floor-600 Series
The Havital SC-600 is constructed using high-quality deep stretch coil steel coated with epoxy powder, filled with foamed cement. This raised floor system features a flat steel top sheet welded to a formed steel bottom sheet, ensuring exceptional strength and durability.
The SC-600 offers enhanced flexibility over traditional raised floors by enabling the addition of trunking, allowing for the separation of strong and weak currents. This feature simplifies wiring, facilitates equipment maintenance, saves building space, and maximizes the functionality of the raised floor system.

- Design Load:The design load of the raised access floor is tested using the CISCA Concentrated Load Test method on the actual understructure, rather than steel blocks. The design load is determined by taking the lower value between the ultimate load divided by two or the point at which permanent damage (yield point) begins to occur.
- Safety Factor: The safety factor for the raised access floor is the ratio of the design load to the ultimate load. International standards and Havital recommend a minimum safety factor of 2.
